#CITYheARTSNASHUA Movement
The current Covid-19 health crisis has interrupted our daily lives and routines. It has presented a challenge to our financial, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Here is the good news; Art heals! The arts can allow you to share your unique experience of the coronavirus. We asked the Nashua community to submit their art - a song, a creative expression, a photo, a performance, a painting - to show us how they have been creating and coping during this pandemic. Post on social media and tag #CITYheARTSNASHUA. The results were overwhelming and beautiful. Please take a moment to enjoy and we hope that you find a way to heal during these unique times.
KidsWalk 2020
A pandemic was not going to stop us from celebrating our young artists during ArtWeek Nashua 2020! We asked our younger artists to submit what they have been creating over the last several months. Many submitted drawings or paintings, short videos, performances, photography. Their creativity showed no boundaries and we are proud to celebrate all of their uniqueness. KidsWalk 2020 also included a safe, socially distanced scavenger hunt through the city of Nashua. Mini art kits were placed around the city with photos as visual clues on where to find the kits. To our special younger artists - remember, the world NEEDS your art. Please keep creating and being awesome!
Hey kids, remember, the world needs your art!
